Present: Bob and Nedra Haupt, Frank and Shirley Salas, John and Linda Ochs, Sam and Sarah James, Sandi Steckert, Laura Hamilton, Gail Kowalski, Jane Jesuale.

Bob passed out copies of Dr. Helal’s report on the 2001 Sampling Period for Water Quality – published in October 2002.

We need to maintain contact with Larry Monroe of Parks & Recreation.

Reviewed the letter and 2003 survey, written by John and Linda Ochs. Discussed the questions and revised it slightly. Deadline for responses February 10.

Board approved $50 donation for family of Roger Marek

Jane Jesuale is HLA’s “sunshine girl” – ask members to contact her when somebody is sick, etc.

Planned Association’s schedule through July annual membership meeting.

Discussed public access lake usage.

Treasurer’s Report: $319.72 balance end of 2002
